New start-up company, Blooming Baby Showers of Stamford, were seeking a bespoke design for their e-commerce website which would reflect the company brand.

They also required complete control of all aspects of the website and a Trade login which allowed the display of different prices, terms and conditions and postage rates for their Trade customers to those seen by the public.

Mamami by Chet

Chet at Mamami designs beautiful, fashionable baby changing-bags. She came to Chadwick Design for a revamp for an existing E-commerce website.

Style and design were particularly important for this website and we worked very closely with Chet and her graphic designer to achieve the "look" she required within the e-commerce framework.

The website has also been built to be search-engine friendly and easy for Chet to add new products herself.

Heatsource Trade, Grantham - Ecommerce website

Heatsource Trade

This is a website aimed a trade customers and sells woodburning and multifuel stoves plus all the equipment required for installation and maintenance of these stoves.

Trade customers may apply for an account and once they log into the site they see prices which have been further discounted.

All the stoves have "Optional Extras" which list all the extra items that would be required to complete a stove installation. These can be easily added to the cart at the same time as the stove.

Designer Leathers, Peterborough - Shopping cart

Designer Leathers

Designer Leathers have been in business in Peterborough for over 25 years, but this is their first E-commerce website.

A zoom facility allows customers to view product detailing in close-up view by hovering over areas such as collars and cuffs. Since leather jackets and coats are available in various sizes and colours, visitors are forced to make a choice regarding these before they may add the item to their basket.

The product description, product reviews and related products are displayed in tabbed sections. There is also an "Email a friend" option with each item.

Wheeler Supplies

At Chadwick Design we created an easy-to-manage e-commerce website for local catering equipment company, Wheeler Supplies.

This is an example of one of our starter e-commerce packages. The client can add new categories and products through an online admin console.

There is also the facility to add additional information pages easily in order to help attract search-engine traffic.

Besizzled is a company producing reduced-fat sausages and scotch eggs aimed at those who are on a diet or seeking food for a healthier lifestyle.

The shopping process has been made a simple as possible with just two clicks to add to the cart and a guest checkout option so account creation is optional.

Product ingredients, nutritional values, storage and cooking instructions are clearly available for all the items.

The Totem Pole _ Early Years Learning Centre

The Old Fashioned Pudding company produce sumptuous steamed puddings just like grandma used to make!

They already had a basic website, but came to us for a secure shopping cart where they could add new products and create additional pages themselves.

They also wanted the ability to advertise the various events at which they would be promoting their delicious puddings and to be able to keep this information up to date at all times.

The Totem Pole _ Early Years Learning Centre

The Totem Pole is a training centre for Early Years professionals in Grantham, Lincolnshire. They required a website which they could maintain themselves and to which they could add pages and upload resources for trainees.

They also wanted to be able to sell their early years resources online. This website combines a CMS system and a secure shopping cart.

There is also an interactive calendar for booking training events.

Door to the Himalayas

Door to the Himalayas is a Peterborough-based company sellingbeautiful hand-made products made by rural communities in the Himalayas.

Although the ability to sell goods through a secure shopping cart was a priority, the client also wanted to be able to give lots of background information on the products.

We therefore created a website with content management system so the site can be updated regularly, combined with a full shopping cart where products and categories may be added by the site owner. The cart also controls stock levels.

Style Accessories, Peterborough - Ecommerce website

Style Jewellery

This is a first website for Style Jewellery & Accessories in Queensgate, Peterborough.

Style's main selling point is designer jewwellery and so it was particul;arly important that the home page emphasised this.

The large fade-image show gives opportunity to showcase different designers and the site owner simply uploads an image to a specified folder to get it into the rotating image show.

All the designer logos are also displayed on the home page.
