North Level Internal Drainage Board - CMS Website with Forum

The North Level Internal Drainage Board came to Chadwick Design looking for a re-vamp to modernise their existing website and to add extra functionality.

Our design incorporates a CMS system to allow the board to add new content and upload images and also to play videos. There is also an interactive calendar to display events.

The forum is intended to be an area for experts in the Internal Drainage Board field and so has permissions set to allow only invited guests to post comments.

The Tithe Barn Bed & Breakfast - CMS Website

The Tithe Barn Bed and Breakfast Guesthouse in Cottesmore, Rutland came to us for a website which would make their B&B look irresistible, make it easy to book rooms and gain a good ranking in the search engines.

They also wished to be able to update the website themselves and add extra pages in the future.

Our design incorporates a CMS system, "Check for Availability" buttons on every page and makes use of large images withing fade-image shows and a lightbox gallery to showcase the property.

Very Special Travel and Holability are a specialist travel agent in Peterborough, arranging holidays for those with disabilities or special requirements.

With special offers and package holidays becoming available on a daily basis, they required a content management driven website so they can update the details for holidays immediately.

Two Hoots Self Catering Cottage - CMS website with availability Calendar

Two Hoots Cottage in Empingham is self-catering holiday accommodation near Rutland Water.

The owners wanted a website which would show their beautiful property and give a feel for what holidaying in it would be like.

The site has an availability calendar and a lightbox photo gallery. The CMC system allows the site owner to update pages of the website from an online admin consol.

After just a few weeks, rutlandcottagesonline.co.uk is top of Google local results for "holiday Cottage Rutland"

JM Interiors - CMS website with photo gallery

JM Interiors of Sawtry, near Peterborough, supply made-to-measure curtains and blinds for both the domestic and commercial market. They were seeking a website which would showcase examples of their handmade blinds and curtains, so a series of image galleries was vital.

They also wanted to be able to update their website themselves and to add new photos to the gallery.

At Chadwick Design we created a content management website with very simple to use admin console. All photos added to the gallery are optimised for the web, resized and a thumbnail created - all automatically by the system.

EC Brown Farms - Whittlesey cms website

ECBrown & Sons are potato and onion farmers in Whittlesey.

The site has fade-image shows showing the stages in the growth of both potatoes and onions on their farm. There are also a number of videos showing planting and harvesting of their crops. These play a flash player on the website.

The site has a News section with content management system to allow them to add blog-style news articles themselves.

CEES - website with news and events CMS page

The Cambridgeshire Environmental Education Service came to us for a re-design for an existing website for their teacher's centre in Stibbington near Stamford.

The design was created using primary colours to reflect the nature of the centres work, which is with infant and junior school children.

The Centre wanted a cost-effective way to be able to add News, Views and Events to the website on a regular basis and so we included a basic content management system to 3 pages which allows them to add text only, via a very simple online WYSIWYG editor.
